Many people ask what to do to succeed, grow more in the business, earn more. If I could advise each of these people, I would give the same advice I gave to my children.
Be creative and accept challenges, find workable solutions to problem solving, not only solve problems, but do it by inspiring people, relying on them, motivating them … Listen to people, accept opinions, criticize them if you needed but without hurting , and especially PRAISE.
A leader needs to stand firm in his purpose, but without neglecting the limits of his possibility. Control your impulses, when a situation demands change, always be open to studying and learning ALWAYS.
Engage fully and enthusiastically in your business, always be up to date, anticipate problems, and to do so, analyze them coldly.
And the principal, Serve God with all your Soul, because without God nothing will prosper!
