Return Policy & Warranty
At Teralife, we’re passionate about delivering the best night’s sleep. Through premium materials, attention to detail, and fine craftsmanship, we produce quality products. We stand behind the integrity of each item, so you can confidently buy directly from us.
We believe you’ll love your Teralife technology sleeping system, designed to improve health and well-being. However, if a return is needed, our policy allows for returns within 30 days of the delivery date, with a 10% restocking fee. Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
Pillows
Due to the personal nature of pillows, returns are accepted only if there is damage upon delivery or a manufacturing defect. Each pillow comes with a warranty to protect your investment.
Mattress
Teralife offers a 15-year warranty on mattresses, covering defects in materials and workmanship. If your mattress is defective, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is voided if the mattress is sold by an unauthorized reseller.

Our limited mattress warranty applies to new products purchased directly from Teralife by the original purchaser. We do not cover mattresses purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers.

Coverage Requirements
Mattress support
The mattress must be used on a firm, solid-surface foundation or adjustable base capable of supporting its weight.
Bed frame specifications
The frame must provide center support with at least 5–6 legs for queen, king, and Cal king mattresses or 4 legs for twin and full sizes.
Proper structural support
Ensure sufficient structural support for slatted bed frames to avoid warranty issues.
If these requirements are not met, the warranty may be voided. Teralife may request proof of the bed frame quality if a warranty claim is filed.
Warranty Coverage:
Our warranty covers deterioration causing visible indentations greater than 0.75 inches (when used with proper support) and physical flaws that cause the mattress material to split or crack.
Exclusions:
- Normal wear: Softening of the mattress over time.
- Comfort preferences: This is not covered.
- Physical damage: Damage due to misuse, burns, cuts, tears, or liquid exposure.
For mattresses used on incorrect bed frames, foundations, or bases, the warranty is void.
Repair and Replacement: For the first 15 years, Teralife will repair or replace defective mattresses, though transportation costs are the purchaser’s responsibility (not to exceed Teralife’s standard freight charges). Replaced items are covered under the original purchase warranty period.
Additional Limitations:
Should a warranty claim require a replacement, the original item must be returned to Teralife. Note: Teralife is not liable for incidental or consequential damages related to product use or warranty breach. The sole remedy is replacement or credit towards a replacement.
